Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: April 28, 2026

Honey Badger Labs LLC ("Honey Badger Labs") provides the following instructions to revoke access and request deletion of any data Honey Badger Labs holds about you in connection with its Meta-platform integrations.

1. Revoke access in Facebook

To stop Honey Badger Labs from operating on a connected Facebook or Instagram account immediately:

1. Open facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools while signed in to the Facebook account.
2. Locate the Honey Badger Labs application in the list of "Active" business integrations.
3. Click View and edit, then Remove.

Once removed, the access tokens Honey Badger Labs holds for that account become invalid and we can no longer operate on it.

2. Request deletion of stored data

To request deletion of any data Honey Badger Labs has stored about you (including access tokens, account identifiers, post drafts, and operational metadata), email us at the address below from the email associated with your account:

3. What we will do

Within 30 days of a verified request, Honey Badger Labs will:

• Permanently delete all access tokens and refresh tokens associated with the account from production systems;
• Permanently delete all account identifiers, profile metadata, and operational metadata associated with the account from production systems;
• Confirm completion via reply to the requesting email address.

Aggregated, de-identified analytics and information that Honey Badger Labs is required to retain for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained beyond this period as permitted by applicable law.

4. Backups

Honey Badger Labs maintains encrypted backups of its databases for disaster recovery. Data subject to a deletion request will be removed from backups within 90 days as backups are rotated.
