Our services connect to third-party platforms (including Meta, Pinterest, Google) using credentials provided by Honey Badger Labs personnel for accounts owned by Honey Badger Labs. Public-facing brand sites operated by Honey Badger Labs are governed by their own respective terms where applicable.

All content on hbadgerlabs.com, the Honey Badger Labs name, the Honey Badger Labs logo, and all software and brand assets owned by Honey Badger Labs are the property of Honey Badger Labs LLC. No license to any of the foregoing is granted except as expressly stated in writing by Honey Badger Labs.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Honey Badger Labs does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honey Badger Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your access to or use of the services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
